  Established in 1896, Domaine Ott employs hand-harvesting and grape sorting to ensure only the best grapes are selected. They produce Rosés from three estates, including the highly regarded Chateau de Selle. Domaine Ott’s wines are certified organic starting with the 2022 vintage.

  William Fevre is the master of Chablis, a benchmark producer and is well-known for producing exceptional wines.
